With years of experience in the furniture industry, we understand that customers sometimes need to reconsider, change, or even cancel their orders. If that happens, please follow these guidelines so we can assist you as effectively as possible.

• You’re welcome to make changes to your order at any time before delivery takes place*. To do so, please contact our store on 01237 421900 at least two full working days before your scheduled delivery. *Working days are Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. Certain conditions apply to special order items—please refer to the table below.
• If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so free of charge provided you notify us at least two full working days in advance of your delivery date. Again, working days are Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. *Special conditions apply to custom or made-to-order items; see table below.
• For online purchases, you have a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of delivery. For in-store purchases, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, except for made-to-order items such as beds, mattresses, and upholstered furniture.

• If you’d like to return or exchange an item, we’ll do our best to help. Simply get in touch within the applicable time frame—14 days for online purchases or 7 days for in-store purchases.
