Cancellation and Returns Policy

Our years of experience in the furniture industry tells us that occasionally customers need to reconsider their order and sometimes change or even cancel it.  If this occurs in your case, please follow these guidelines in order that we may help you in the best way possible.

  • You can change anything on your order before delivery has taken place*. Please contact our store on 01237 421900 at least two whole working days before your delivery date. Working days are defined as Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. *Certain conditions apply to special order items, see table below.
  • Your order can be cancelled free of charge*, providing we are informed at least two whole working days before your delivery date. Working days are defined as Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. *Certain conditions apply to special order items, see table below.
  • Orders placed online, once delivered, have a 14-day money back guarantee.
  • Orders placed in our store have a 7-day money back guarantee, with the exception of special made to order items such as beds, mattresses and upholstered furniture.
  • If you would like to return or exchange any of your items, we will do our best to help. You will need to contact us within 14 days for online purchases or 7 days for instore purchases.
  • All items being returned to us are subject to a returns fee that varies depending on the purchase price of the item being returned. Details are listed below.
