You’ll find all our collections in store, so you can experience the quality, appearance, and feel of each style in person. We aim to display as many pieces from each range as possible, though not always in every finish. If you’re hoping to view a specific item, please call us before making the trip.

All cabinet furniture includes a full 12-month manufacturer warranty, giving you peace of mind against product or material defects. Most sofas, divan beds, and mattresses also come with at least a one-year warranty, with some offering extended coverage. You’ll find details of any longer warranties clearly displayed on the product and listed in your order confirmation.

We use one of the UK’s top secure encrypted gateway services to protect all online payments. This provider follows strict industry standards, including Level 1 PCI DSS compliance—the highest level of security certification. They use advanced tools like tokenization, encryption, and fraud detection to keep your payment information safe and prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.

We supply most of our items fully assembled, except for some large pieces like dining tables, wardrobes, and beds. A few items, such as some coffee tables, lamp tables, console tables, dining chairs, and benches, require basic assembly. We indicate which items need assembly on the website. If you prefer, you can choose our full assembly service—we’ll take care of it for you.

Our team are required to keep their safety shoes on while working but will ensure they wipe their feet thoroughly each time they enter your home. Plastic overshoes are not considered safe while carrying heavy furniture, especially on stairs. If there is a risk of any dirt outside your home being brought in on their feet, we would encourage use of sheets or cardboard to protect your floor.

Whilst our team always take every care to avoid damage, sometimes the nature of bulky deliveries in confined spaces can cause difficulties. We cannot accept any liability for damage to any part of your home or contents during such situations.
We would encourage the removal of all breakable items such as wall-hangings, ornaments and lampshades before our team arrives.

There are two main factors to consider before placing your order or booking delivery:

1) The room itself

Take care to measure as accurately as you can. Consider skirting board depth, doorways, windows and where electrical sockets are positioned. In general, our quoted product dimensions represent the maximum in height, width or depth.

2) Access to the room

If you have a narrow access route, tight turn on staircase or very low ceiling, please consider this before ordering. Our sales team will do their best to answer any product related questions.
